The name Bagolaro refers to a tree that borders the paths and tracks of Marsiliana, a quiet agricultural village perched among the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside.
|
|
It is here, at the end of two rows of imposing Cyprus trees that you will find the Bagolaro which is a the extension of an estate dating back to the time when the land was bonified - today a harbour of peace, relaxation and well-being.
Relax in the calm surroundings, listen to the different birdsongs, observe the lambs in the neighbouring fields; these are the delights of this place that you may experience either stretched out around the swimming pool or while trekking on foot or on two wheels or simply snoozing in the sun. |
For those that are looking for different sensations, you may choose to
- sail or surf on the Silver Coast,
- or discover the islands that make up the Tuscan Archipelago with a mini-cruise or a deep-sea diving course;
- take a horse-ride on the sands of the Giannella beach
- or a rejuvenating cure in the hot, sulphurous thermal waters at Saturnia;
- communicate with wild-life in the natural reserve of the Uccellina
- or, for a unforgettable view of the Maremma hills, take a ride in a Montgolfier.
For art-lovers, a day trip to Rome or Florence, Siena or Pisa is always possible.
