Rental Conditions

The Bagolaro apartments, open all year round, can be rented, either for one or more weeks, or for a two-day or three-day weekend, depending on availability.

Rent prices are indicated in the section « Prices List» and include rent and all utilities, the use of the private swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, shower cabin and free access to the gardens. The only additional cost is the weekly clean at 50 euros.

Availability and reservation

For weekly rentals and to check availability, the “Availablity application» form must be filled in and sent to the Bagolaro either by e-mail: info@bagolaro.com or by fax: + (39) 0564 60 99 14

The client will receive an e-mail or fax within 48 hours with Contacts confirmation of availability, the price and instructions on how to pay the deposit required.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost must reach the Bagolaro 7 days following confirmation of availability. A receipt will be sent immediately to the client by email or fax.The balance must be settled by bank transfer at latest 45 days prior to arrival.

For shorter periods, both application andreservation may be made by calling the following number : +(39)3497540175 and payment may be made directly on arrival.

Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed).

The Bagolaro must be informed within 48 hours prior to arrival (except in the case of “force majeure”) of any delay or variation in the above times. No reimbursement will be made for arrival following or departure prior to dates initially reserved.

GeneralConditions:

1. The reservation becomes valid on receipt of the deposit; if payment is not received within the 7 days indicated, the reservation will be cancelled during the course of the following 3 days.

2. In the event of cancellation on the part of the client between 44 and 30 days and 30 days prior to the beginning of the hire period, the Bagolaro with be entitled to retain the equivalent of 35% of the agreed rental cost.

3. In the event of cancellation on the part of the client between 29 or 15 days prior to the beginning of the hire period, the Bagolaro with be entitled to retain the equivalent of 50 % of the agreed rental cost.

4. In the event of cancellation on the part of the client 15 days or less than 15 days prior to the beginning of the hire period, the Bagolaro will be entitled to retain the equivalent of 100% of the agreed rental cost.

5. In the event of serious circumstances or “force majeure”, the Bagolaro reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to reimburse the sums previously paid by the client; the client shall then have no further claim to make against the owners of the Bagolaro.

6. “Well educated” doges are allowed at the Bagolaro under the entire responsibility of their owners who shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their animals.

7. The client is required to inform the owners immediately of any damage to personal or real property belonging to the Bagolaro. Where the client is liable for such damage, the Bagolaro will be entitled to claim compensation from the client, as in the case of any missing property.

8. The Bagolaro reserves the right to refuse entry to the apartments where the number of persons exceeds that confirmed in the reservation.

9. Any disputes will be referred to the court at Grosseto.
